Returns Policy


CORE Cider uses Australia Post to ship all items to its customers. Shipping costs are clearly indicated at the time of purchase in your shopping cart.

Items purchased online are usually shipped within 3 business days and delivery can take between 7 and 10 business days.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy – Goods

We’re confident  of the quality of our products and we’re proud to guarantee every product you buy. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you’ve made online or on the phone, just call us on 9293 7583 or email:

CORE Cider will refund or exchange faulty or damaged items purchased, provided:you contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and have your original proof of purchase from CORE Cider online store.

A  CORE representative will assess your request. Goods may be accepted for return or exchange as complete cartons/packs and insaleable condition in CORE Cider’s absolute discretion.

We do not refund postage fees.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not exhange in the event that you change your mind. If you wish to change to a different product you will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% and be charged return shipping.

The limit of any claim against the company shall be limited to the price of the items of the cause of such claim and in particular no claim for consequential damage or loss will be recoverable against CORE Cider.

The cost of returning any product to CORE Cider is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty or damaged we will refund reasonable return freight costs.


Credit Card Refunds

Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures. The 1.5% surcharge on the original account is non refundable
