The CORE of the matter…
In 1939 the first apple trees were planted by Giovanni Battista (‘Jack’) Della Franca at High Vale Orchard in the Perth Hills (there’s even a house that Jack built!). Three generations later, John Della Franca has captured the unique essence of High Vale’s produce and turned it into CORE Ciders. Like John, his ciders are not ordinary either; individualistic with great character, eminently drinkable and absolutely quaffable (meaning you’ll always come back for more).
